KBM Fix

Updated to make game fully playable with regular computer keyboard, including menus and 2 player. There's no updated control map in the game, so refer to the attached image for KBM controls. KBM controls were originally only in the game for dev troubleshooting, but now anyone can play with KBM (however difficult and arthritis-inducing it might be lol).
